Los participantes se prepararán para desempeñar roles de jefes y jefas de sector, recibiendo un acompañamiento estructurado basado en un modelo de aprendizaje 70-20-10: experiencia directa, mentoría y formación especializada en liderazgo.
Randstad, como socio experto en la gestión de personas, será la empresa responsable del sourcing y la preselección de los candidatos. El programa busca perfiles con titulación universitaria, de entre 23 y 30 años, que cuenten con al menos un año de experiencia en atención al cliente y disponibilidad para movilidad nacional.
